Item technical details: The leupold steel gloss black gunsmith bases fit "standard" rings and can be modified to fit most custom rifles. The rear base secures the "standard" ring by windage adjustment screws, allowing the scope's internal adjustments to be reserved for precise sight-in. The front base accepts "standard" rings. Bases can be machined to suit proper front and rear receiver heights, and radius then drilled and counter bored to fit individual needs. Mfg: leupold specs: 1 base. Requires gunsmith fitting and requires purchase of separate front or rear base. Dovetail style front gunsmith fit base for "standard" rings (526-413-490) *50034.
