It's made of hogue's ultra-tough, pebble-textured synthetic rubber material, and it simply slips over your p320's existing grip. Ok, "simple slips" might be an understatement: once installed, the handall fits very securely on the pistol's grip. You'll need to heat it up and stretch it a bit to slide it on.
